Complaints Policy

Complaints may be submitted directly through the Live Support tab or by submitting a ticket via the Contact Us page. All complaints relating to content that may be illegal or in violation of our standards will be reviewed by senior staff. Each reported complaint will be investigated, resolved, and a response provided back to the requestor within five (5) business days or sooner. If a requestor is not satisfied with the outcome, they may submit an appeal for review by another senior staff member. Outcomes are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and severity of the complaint. Where appropriate, penalties may include content removal, account suspension or termination, and, for performers, forfeiture of earnings associated with violating content.
